Returns and Refunds

We’d like you to be happy with everything you purchase from Laptronix. Should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the product with your proof of purchase, within 30 days from the day you receive the goods (the cancellation period) and we’ll happily offer a refund.

If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund (restocking fee) if it has been opened, used or damaged. The item and packaging must be in perfect condition.

To get your refund, just notify us of your decision to cancel within the cancellation period listed above and then return the item to us, no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your decision of return to us.

How to Return

Please send an email to customer services at sales@laptronixuk.com communicating your decision to return the purchase along with proof of purchase (order number and name/address used when ordering). If the goods are faulty or were received damaged, we will issue you a free return label (provided they have been used in accordance with all necessary instructions if faulty). For change of mind returns, we require you to pay return costs.
